What muscles, muscle categories, and ,muscle processes are used in baseball pitching?

not just the arm movement but the whole process. muscles, such as the fibia, tibia, etc. Muscle categories, such as flexor, extensor, etc.
muscle processes such as abduction, adduction, etc

I hate to break it to you, but the tibia and the fibula are bones in the lower leg, NOT muscles. To answer the question, look up the muscles of the upper arm and shoulder on google.
