Ive heard that batting cages have pitching machines that throw risers?
What kind of machines do this and does leftys in bloomfield new jersey do this
I doubt they could do that with really baseball, batting cage balls are a different story. I don't live anywhere near New Jersey but you could ask the manager of the place to ask if their machine's throw rise balls.
Now if this is a softball question. I wouldn't know.

I think that a rising fast ball is a myth. At least with an official baseball it is.
