I agree. Great … I agree. Great hitting advice. I work with my son to do exactly what is taught here. My heart goes out to kids who are coached to “swing down on the ball”, “throw your hands at the ball”, “squash the bug”, etc.

Great hitting … Great hitting advice and I’ve been trying to promote this as opposed to the popular chopping technique like the one taught by the griffey swing trainer. Tucking that back elbow and raising the front as the bat moves toward the ball aligns the plane of the swing better to the plane of the pitch.
