Anyone know of any baseball batting cages in or around ottawa?
Just joined a softball league and am pretty put of shape, I know of berryland in orleans but does anyone know of any others? Google has been no help and neither have the yellow pages.

i have been looking myself, im in the same boat that you are in. i took one of the other guys advice and looked it up on mapquest.ca ... try that if this link doesnt work. see you there lol

Sorry, wish i could help you. You know, if u joined a softball league, u should be taking batting practice with ur team anyways. To practice ur swing, try just swinging without a ball in ur backyard. Then try to carry that onto batting practice to see if it matches. Im sure u can find some batting cage somewhere. Good luck, wished i could have been more helpful.
